The Confidential Channel is an exclusive channel of Centro Regional de Ensino Superior for safe and, if desired, anonymous communication of conduct considered unethical or that violates ethical principles, standards of conduct, current legislation and/or situations of fraud, corruption and other foreseen irregularities in Law no. 12,846/2013.
Centro Regional de Ensino Superior does not tolerate any form of retaliation or intimidation against anyone who raises doubts, questions and reports in good faith an alleged violation of the Code of Ethics, internal policies and applicable laws and regulations.
The information registered here will be received, evaluated and investigated by a multidisciplinary and impartial committee, ensuring absolute secrecy and the appropriate treatment of each situation by the senior management of Centro Regional de Ensino Superior, without conflicts of interest or favoritism.
